Twirling, floating, melting into darkness,
Dissolving, weighing, pure energy
Without worry, into eternity, fearless.
A spoke, a speck, a piece,
human consequence
Rotting in the turmoil
Of ego and regret.
Leaving this rock
Of sin and pain,
Learned, loved, hated.
To home,
To the beginning
Again.
I see shit, shallow imagery garbage labelled as art. I see money enslaving the hopefuls Colors large and garish, feed the rich. Boring portraits line gallery walls. Smudges smeared onto giant canvases sell. Gigantic paint spills and puke splashes are the latest thing. Humongous installations fill cavernous galleries. Sniffing old cows claw at young painters, arrogant rich play at class and style. Sculptures of blobs and eyeless tittles are hoovered up by collectors dripping tiny hardons. The masses of arrogant crows are bartering and marketing and auctioning any crap that moves. And there is a lot of crap, a ton o. True art is dead, I know that, real talent has passed on back to Heaven. Only the memories of masters remain, only the sighs of past glories.
The world is going to hell, too, sucked dry, effed over, smothered and choked and torn open by man’s stink of conquering, eclipsing, owning. The end looms, dear people, speeding faster and deadlier by the week, the earth quaking, engulfing, enflaming.
I am showing my work. I don’t give two damns about stupid, greedy, snot-nosed collectors. I am showing and sharing my work to the average person, the regular joe. My only desire is to send a little love and wonder into the minds of man, to shine a little rainbow smile over this hellhole, beat-up, cracked open and dead world.
